Where is our clients' data held?
On servers in France, and only what a public DNS query returns plus what you add: domain names, the records they resolve to, your own labels and your account details. We do not need access to your clients' registrars or DNS hosts, and we never ask for credentials to them.
Can we get our data out again?
At any time, without asking us. Records export as CSV or as a zone file you can paste into a provider, change history exports as CSV or text, and a single backup file carries your whole setup — domains, groups and labels — and restores it. Leaving is a download, not a support ticket.
What happens beyond 750 domains?
Talk to us and we price it with you. We would rather hear how a portfolio that size is organized than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for it.
Do you integrate with our PSA?
Not directly yet. Webhooks will reach most systems that accept them, including Teams and Slack, and PSA integrations are on the roadmap — tell us which one you use and it moves up the list.
What happens to our domains if we downgrade or stop paying?
Nothing is deleted, ever. Domains beyond the new plan's limit stop being checked and are marked paused; their history, labels and settings stay exactly as they are, and upgrading starts them again.
