Two-factor authentication is on every plan, including Free. Security is not an upsell.
Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it simply does not renew. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
What happens to my domains if I downgrade?
Nothing is ever deleted. Domains beyond your new plan's limit stop being checked and are marked as paused — their history, labels and settings stay exactly as they are. Upgrading again starts them monitoring immediately.
Does the free trial need a card?
No. The 14-day Agency trial asks for no payment details at all. If you do not add a card, the trial simply ends and your account returns to the free plan.
I bought a Lifetime plan — what changes for me?
Nothing. Lifetime is no longer sold, but every license already bought is honored in full, for good: the same domains, every feature, and no subscription. You do not need to do anything.
What is included in the free plan?
Up to 3 domains with hourly checks, email alerts on DNS changes, health scoring and expiry warnings. No card, and no time limit.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If DNSMonit is not what you needed, contact us within 30 days of a payment and we will refund it.
I look after more domains than the MSP plan covers.
